• NO THROWING CONTROLLERS OR ACCESSORIES
• NO RUNNING AND JUMPING ON THE BUS
• DO NOT DELETE GAMES FROM THE SYSTEMS
• DO NOT REMOVE CONTROLLERS OR GAMES FROM THE BUS
• NO BACKPACKS ALLOWED

30 miles or less: No Fee Assessed

30mi-45mi: $25

46mi-60mi: $50

61mi-75mi: $75

> 75 mi: Available at request

• Rescheduling is always an option and we are more than welcome to accommodate you at no extra charge.
• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to an event will not incur any cancellation charge.
• Cancellations made 7-14 prior to an event will only forfeit 50% of full paid deposit as a cancellation charge.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to an event will forfeit the FULL PAID DEPOSIT amount as a cancellation charge.
• Cancellations made day of the event will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the event.

4 U Gaming and Entertainment is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with our game bus as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We will not trade, sell, or rent your personal information to others.

You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we may require an on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit when alcohol is being served. We may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the 4 U Gaming Game Bus or equipment.  Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.  

4 U Gaming and Entertainment or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the bus in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.  Additionally, 4 U Gaming and Entertainment reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. 4 U Gaming and Entertainment or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location.  All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. 

While your party is in effect the game master may be taking pictures of the party from inside the bus. We may post these pictures on our social media pages and/or our web site.  (No names or addresses are posted.) If you do not want our game master taking these pictures or posting them on Social Media or our web site please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens. In other instances we may conduct live streams of our Pay 2 Play services which may be broadcast in real time via twitch or YouTube. I you wish to not be recorded, please reach out to the game master prior to payment so accommodations can be made.
